Jose Manuel Anderson
Jose Manuel Anderson is an entrepreneur and business executive whose career has been defined by an uncommon ability to build organizations, cultivate influential relationships, and navigate complex industries at scale. From founding and growing Newman ETAPs into a nationally recognized talent management enterprise to later leading growth initiatives across real estate, restoration, construction, and roofing, his professional journey reflects a rare breadth of experience seldom seen within a single career.
Born in Bogotá, Colombia, Jose's path has been shaped by reinvention, enterprise creation, and an enduring belief that relationships remain the most valuable currency in business. Throughout his career, he has worked alongside executives, investors, creators, property stakeholders, and industry leaders, developing a reputation for connecting opportunity with execution and vision with results.
Today, Jose brings that same enterprise perspective to the roofing industry, applying lessons learned from high-growth organizations to an industry built on trust, craftsmanship, and reputation. Ron Lara (Roof Pops)
Ron Lara's story is one of heritage, perseverance, and a lifelong connection to the roofing trade. Beginning at the age of 16, he followed in the footsteps of the generations before him, learning lessons that extended far beyond roofing itself: the value of hard work, the importance of reputation, and the pride that comes from building something meant to last. Over the course of more than four decades, Ron became known throughout Whittier and Los Angeles County for his mastery of hot mop roofing, a craft that reflects both tradition and skill. Thousands of roofs bear his influence, but his true legacy is found in the trust he earned from families, communities, and property owners who returned to him generation after generation. For Ron, roofing has never simply been about protecting buildings; it has always been about protecting the people, memories, and lives beneath them.

Her career, spanning Citicore Property Management, Rubin Properties, and The Management Trust, has been defined by an uncommon ability to navigate complexity, cultivate consensus, and preserve the character of the communities entrusted to her care.
As both a mother and seasoned community management professional, Wendy understands that the most consequential decisions are rarely about buildings alone. Behind every reserve study, capital improvement, and board resolution exists something far more profound: families establishing roots, neighbors forging community, and generations creating a sense of belonging. This perspective has informed a career marked by stewardship, discernment, and an enduring appreciation for the human dimension of community governance.

Middle Management
Christopher Hannah is a people-centered professional whose career has been built on communication, organization, and the ability to build genuine relationships. From the beginning of his professional journey, he has consistently been recognized for his positive attitude, professionalism, and natural ability to connect with others.
Before joining AR Roofing & Waterproofing, Christopher gained valuable experience with Topgolf and Valvoline, where he developed a strong foundation in customer service, daily operations, and working in fast-paced environments. He later joined FirstService Residential as an Architectural Liaison and Assistant Community Manager, collaborating with homeowners, contractors, vendors, and community leadership while strengthening his understanding of property operations and client relations.
At AR Roofing & Waterproofing, Christopher serves as Office Manager and supports the company's business development initiatives, including its expanding presence in the high-rise and commercial market. He helps coordinate day-to-day operations, strengthen client relationships, and support strategic growth while working alongside an experienced leadership team.
Known for his approachable personality, infectious smile, and ability to make people feel welcomed, Christopher believes lasting business is built through trust, consistency, and meaningful relationships. As he continues to grow within the industry, he represents the next generation of leadership helping shape the future of AR Roofing & Waterproofing.
