AR Roofing & Waterproofing was founded by Jose Manuel Anderson and Ron Lara with a shared belief that trust is the most valuable asset any company can earn.

Before entering the roofing and restoration industry, Jose built and led successful ventures within the entertainment and sports sectors, developing organizations, managing large-scale operations, and learning the fundamentals of leadership, negotiation, and relationship building at an early age. Those experiences shaped a business philosophy centered on people, accountability, and long-term stewardship.

His transition into roofing led him through leadership positions at Immaculate Roofing and later into Business Development at Tri-Tech Restoration & Construction, where he worked alongside some of Southern California's most respected property management firms, ownership groups, and industry professionals. While young for a founder and chief executive, Jose's career has been defined by a willingness to lead, build, and take ownership of outcomes long before most would consider it possible.

Alongside him stands Ron Lara, a roofing professional whose career spans more than forty years. Ron's reputation for craftsmanship, technical expertise, and field leadership has earned the confidence of clients and colleagues across generations. His knowledge of the trade serves as a cornerstone of the company's foundation.

Together, they established AR Roofing & Waterproofing to unite modern leadership with decades of roofing expertise. Today, the company serves residential, commercial, and industrial clients throughout Southern California, delivering roofing and waterproofing solutions with precision, professionalism, and a profound respect for the people and properties entrusted to their care.
